Shipping & Returns


  1. Ordering

When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. You will receive a second email once your order is dispatched. We aim to deliver within 2-3 days. Postage is €5.00

All items are subject to availability. Since we also sell instore, there can be a delay in updating our website on busy days so all sizes may not be available at all times, but we keep a wide variety of sizes and can often offer something similar if this occurs. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by either phone or email to discuss options with you

 We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation.  If you would like to cancel your order please see returns section of our policy.

If you chose to collect at store, we will hold this product for you for up to 2 weeks. If it has not been collected at this point, a member of staff will contact you to advise that the product must go back for sale and your order refunded.

The following refers to deliveries within Ireland:

  • We offer track and trace delivery on all orders for 32 counties.
  • We aim to deliver products within 2-3 days.
  • Our chosen postal partners for Ireland are An Post and GLS


2. Products

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, typographical errors may occur. We will strive to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.

Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit/debit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card.  When purchasing products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholder’s bank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis. For further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Sineads Boutique.  All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

3. Returns

At Sineads Boutique we want to make your online experience as easy and enjoyable as purchasing goods in our boutique.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on goods purchased online, and returned within 14 days of purchase. We cannot be responsible for the cost of returning an item and would strongly advise you opt for the track n trace option as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note: Goods must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. We will not accept a return that is not in a resaleable condition. Once returned goods are received back into our store within 14 days of purchase, we will inspect this item and notify you by email of your refund been processed. Please note you will be refunded via the same method you used to purchase this item. For in shop purchases, we offer an exchange or credit note for items returned within 7 days.

All product images on our website are as accurate as possible, however due to the inconsistency of monitors/screens or colour tones, shades may not be exact to the product. Please contact us on [email protected] if you are unhappy with what you have received and we’ll do our best to rectify the problem quickly and fairly.
